I’m proud of something unique that I’ve designed in partnership with Executive GlobeTREK: an executive leadership sabbatical in Normandy.
We’re calling it “Stewardship, Courage, and the Long Arc of Leadership.” We’ll weave together reflection in the history of Bayeux, the lessons learned from D-Day, and the orchards of the Pays d’Auge.
Those sites represent events over the last thousand years that have an enduring impact on human history, and with curated dialogue, guided reflection, and intentional individual downtime, participants explore what it means to lead with clarity, courage, and stewardship.
